Kyle A. Marcum

Kyle Marcum received his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2009. He is licensed to practice law in Iowa (2009) and Nebraska (2010). Kyle practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and probate, real estate, taxation, and business law.

Kyle is originally from Clarinda, Iowa. Kyle maintains an office in Clarinda two days per week. He graduated with distinction and in the top two percent of his class from Iowa State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science.Kyle is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Pottawattamie County Bar Association, and the Council Bluffs Estate Planning Council. Kyle is a member of the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Division of the Iowa State Bar Association.
